Procedures core parts/ repairs/ warranty

We kindly ask you to follow the procedures below for sending core parts / repairs / warranty requests and returns :

-Repairs : Clearly indicate that the part is for repair, including sender details. In case of several revising parts, kindly include with each package a separate order form.

-Cores :  Fill in the yellow form and/or include a copy of the invoice and indicate that it is a core return.

-Warranty Claim : Send the relevant part with the completed warranty form and clearly state the complaint and any possible error codes.

-New return parts : Send parts including a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for the return.


Maximum return period, according to Ganzeboom conditions: 3 months
