Naturally, we strive to provide the highest quality remanufactured parts. This process starts with an available core of good quality. Therefore, it is important that cores are returned to us in timely manner and in a carefully packed and undamaged condition. (If we do not receive your core, or if it was damaged during shipment, we can’t prepare it as a rebuild unit.

All cores must be returned to us within 60 days of the date of the sale of the original unit. If this period is exceeded, we may decide to withhold a core refund or opt for a partial refund.

All cores must be sent to us freight prepaid in the original packing. Please, also return any plastic crates and straps. Pack the core carefully to avoid damage during shipping. It is important to attach a copy of the packing list or invoice or invoice number. We receive a lot of cores every day. We cannot process it without a packing list or invoice. Keep in mind that the employees who process the core refunds are not the people you normally have contact with. It is helpful that you inform us if anything is arriving. However, that is no substitute for instructions and that documentation must always be sent with the shipment (packing list, invoice or invoice number, indicating: for credit deposit)

ATTENTION RESELLERS. If you are reselling the part, credit your customer after Ganzeboom has made a credit for the core. See also item # 7 below.

If there are any problems with the core such as broken castings, burn damage, etc.; contact us before shipping the core. Do not expect (full) value for seriously damaged cores.

Only completely assembled cores are admitted. A disassembled core has less value. Parts may be lost and/or damage done to the unit.

We do not expect spotless clean cores, but the oil should be drained and (the outside) should be free of most dirt, grease and oil. Wrap the part in plastic to prevent fluid leakage from potentially damaging other shipments.

Some of our manufacturers (like ZF with their mechatronics) set requirements for the condition of the cores and do not always accept them. We wait with making the credit until we get approval from the factory. We hope you understand this.
